On 4/19/2010, Demotech upgraded the Financial Stability Rating© (FSR) of Applied Medico-Legal Solutions RRG to A’ (A Prime), Unsurpassed. This level of FSR is assigned to insurers who possess unsurpassed financial stability related to maintaining positive surplus as regards policyholders, liquidity of invested assets, an acceptable level of financial leverage, reasonable loss and loss adjustment expense reserves and realistic pricing.

The corporate structure of a risk retention group provides AMS RRG members ownership, governance and flexibility to optimally serve its clients.

AMS RRG reinsurers provide coverage for any claims when costs are in excess of $250,000 per medical incident. The program is supported by leading reinsurers carrying an AM Best rating of A- or better.
